By purchasing products at the Member price, you will automatically become a subscriber.
And the amount of $29.99 (or $75 for a quarterly subscription or $79.99 for semi-annual subscription) will be deducted from your bank card and will be added to your account as credits at the rate of $1= 1 credit.
You can then: credit your account and buy products at competitive prices, not pay for a month, or cancel your subscription at any time.
The amount shown in your account is your credit balance. A less-costs.com credit can be spent within a validity period of 60 days. The amount of credits you receive is equal to the value paid for your subscription, based on the currency.

If you subscribe to our special office you will be debited $30.90 for the first month for a monthly subscription or $76 for a quarterly subscription or $80.99 for a semi-annual subscription.

From the day your order is dispatched, you usually need to allow between 2 and 7 working days to receive it. If you have a problem, check your postal address and contact customer service for more information.
You will be charged for your subscription each month on the date of your first payment.
For example. In the case of a monthly subscription: I was charged on 17 April, then on the 17th of each month until I cancel my subscription.
In the case of a quarterly subscription: I was charged on 17 April, then on the 17th every 3 months until I cancel my subscription.
This is also applicable for the quarterly subscription.
For the semi-annual subscription, it will not be renewed automatically. You will need to re-subscribe in order to renew your subscription.
The subscription has no ties, you can cancel at anytime on our website either in your account or by contacting us by email.
- Login to your account and go to “My Account”, click on “Cancel Subscription” and then click “Cancel”.

Any month that has already begun is due.
Yes. All products ordered while you are a member will be delivered to you even if you have cancelled your membership prior to shipment.
If you wish to return a product, you can contact customer service by writing to contact@less-costs.com. To ensure that you email is dealt with quickly, please add your name, order number and the reason for the return. If you wish to return the order to us due to the product being damaged, please send us an email with a photo of the item and we will find a solution together.
